For any age sport specific athlete, building strength is essential for peak performance and injury prevention.


Our Strength Training program does just that for youth athletes. Through our coaching and programming, athletes can increase their individual strength and power off the field. This translates on the field to developments in coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy. A strong foundation provides the base to excel in overall fitness as well as specific skill sets for your athlete in their sport. Our program is appropriate for any age and is scalable from the novice to elite performance athlete. Resistance training and weight training is safe and essential for all athletes. The execution of our program is adaptable to each age group and appropriate for their level of development. 


Kids & teens are not little adults.  Our coaches are certified in working with youth athletes up to 20 years old.  Youth athletes learn and build muscle differently than adults.  Let the experts get them in peak performance shape!


Each class follows a set structure and presents a series of challenging workouts geared toward your sport! Discussion on the hows and whys as related to sport, and team centric activities to build camaraderie are a core component of our classes.
